An accident last Sunday afternoon happened at exit 20 on I-295 in West Deptford, N.J. that injured four victims.
One woman, a child and two others were immediately delivered by an ambulance to the Medical Center of Cooper.
Due to the incident, the southbound left lane was closed for traffic but it was opened at 6:00 o’clock in the evening after the roadway was clear.
According to the police, the driver of a Nissan and another vehicle carrying 3 passengers collided. The impact caused the vehicles to end up and to stop at the left lane of I-295. The southbound far left lane of I-295 was jammed which took time for the crews to clear the scene.
After the crash on I- 295 last Sunday, four victims were transported to local hospitals sustaining minor injuries.
New Jersey State Police identified the two vehicles as a Chevrolet and Nissan which collided at around 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon along Interstate 295 in the southern exit of New Jersey.
As the male operator of the Nissan was getting out of his car, he collapsed and was transported to the Cooper University Hospital in Camden. He was listed in critical condition but was later pronounced in stable condition.
The other three people inside the Chevrolet were brought to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
